Advanced Practice
A fun, informal class based on the specific needs and requests. Perfect for teachers, teachers-in-training and advanced practitioners.
Ashtanga Flow
Ashtanga Yoga is a challenging, vigorous and flowing style of Hatha Yoga.
The system was developed by Sri Pattabhi Jois and consists of a fixed set
of postures divided into several series. The foundation of Ashtanga is the
Primary Series, focusing on unwinding the back body, aligning the entire
body and providing support in healing from illness and injury. Ashtanga
also incorporates breath control, isometrics and focused gazing into the
sequence of postures.
Basic Flow
Flow Yoga is about linking the breath with the pose. One moves from pose to pose in a smooth, easy manner, like Meditation in Motion and on a deeper level, as resistance is released and tension is shed, you flow with the present moment.
Basic Yoga
This class is great for those who are new to yoga.
The same basic sequence of basic yoga postures, yogic breathing techniques and
relaxation will be followed each class. The repetition prevents new students from
becoming overwhelmed and allows them to become very familiar with about fifteen poses.
Handouts describing the sun salutation will be available in each class.
Family Yoga
Yoga is better when it's shared...why not start a family yoga practice? No prior experience (or flexibility) needed. For families with children 3 and older.
Intro to Yoga
For students new to yoga or for more experienced students interested in refining their practice, this class will focus on attention to detail and precision of proper alignment in basic yoga postures and simple breathing and meditation techniques.
Meditation
Every day, scientists are substantiating the profound, transformative effects meditators have enjoyed for thousands of years. In this class, we will practice meditations from various traditions so that you can choose one that works for you. We'll start with gentle exercises to prepare the body for sitting, and devote a short amount of time afterward to discuss our experiences.
Restorative
A series of carefully sequenced, gentle poses encouraging stillness by activating a set of psychological changes that allow the mind, body and soul to restore and heal from the effects of stress. This class deeply relaxes, rejuvenates, and harmonizes the body leaving you nourished and well rested.
Vinyasa Flow
The word Vinyasa means "breath-synchronized movement." In other words, the teacher will instruct you to move from one pose to the next on an inhale or an exhale. Vinyasa Yoga is characterized by a focus on vinyasa, or a dynamic connecting posture, that creates a flow between the more static traditional yoga postures.
Yin-Yasa
Suitable for all levels, Yin-Yasa begins and ends with gentle postures to target the
connective tissues of the body that are not normally exercised in more
active (Yang) styles of asana practice. Postures are held longer to access ligaments, joints
and create a meditative mindset and mood. The practice moves towards the yang with a brief, gentle
Vinyasa flow to lengthen and strengthen muscles. The combined effect is a calmer state of mind, increased flexibility and strength in a low-impact class.
Music and meditation themes are used to enhance your Yin-Yasa experience! Beginner and above.
Young Yogis
This energetic, user-friendly yoga class is designed to bring the joys and benefits of yoga to the youngest members of our community. Children will build a practice with asana, breath, and positive focus. No prior experience needed. Children ages 3+

Reiki Healing
Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is administered by "laying on hands" and is based on the science that an electromagnetic frequency flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. If one's energy is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress, and if it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy.
